Ukrainian terroir and grain base

LEX by Nemiroff is made from wheat and corn grown on the fertile black soil of the Central Ukraine. This regional approach to sourcing ingredients guarantees consistent quality and a distinctive taste profile. Wheat provides softness and neutrality, while corn adds warm, delicate, sweet notes. Together, they form a harmonious foundation that elevates the vodka to a level of refined elegance.

Special attention is paid to water: artesian water from deep horizons is used and undergoes additional purification.

Production process: 13 filtration stages

The key feature of LEX is its 13-stage filtration system. It is a complex multi-stage technology that combines classic and innovative methods:

• Silver filtration removes impurities and gently smoothes the taste.
• Platinum gives an elegant, transparent aftertaste.
• Amber is a unique technology of the brand that enriches the bouquet with mineral notes and provides additional depth.

After purification, the drink is aged for six months in special tanks. This approach allows all components to achieve a stable balance — and this is not just technology, but the result of a philosophy of maturity and tranquillity.

Taste profile and aroma

LEX has a complex, layered structure. The aroma unfolds gradually: from herbal and floral notes to light hints of white grapes. The taste reveals yellow fruits, pink pepper, and bergamot. The finish is mineral, clean, with hints of mint and citrus zest. Each stage invites a new discovery, leaving an impression of depth and sophistication.

This spectrum is not the result of aromatisation, but rather the subtle interaction of the raw ingredients, filtratio,n and ageing.

Design and craftsmanship

The LEX bottle is a premium design object. Developed in collaboration with Stranger & Stranger and Saverglass, it is made from French perfume glass. The decoration is done by hand, with each unit undergoing inspection on a separate production line, which sets the product apart in the ultra-premium category. Its sculpted form reflects both precision and artistry, mirroring the meticulous process behind the spirit itself. More than packaging, it is a statement of elegance and exclusivity.
