3 Things You Can Do To Help You Get Over Jet Lag

If you’re a traveling salesman, business advisor, ambassador, or any other occupation that seems to be always on the go, I’m sure you’ve had days where you land at 7 in the morning and are expected to lead seminars, group meetings, presentations, and more for the rest of the day. While you might not be able to change the schedule, you are able to change how you feel and present during those times. The better your body feels, the more comfortable you’ll feel when giving those lectures. So, here are 3 things you can do to help you get over jetlag.

Kratom.

If you’ve never heard of Kratom, that’s fine. It’s relatively new to the market. This supplement comes from Malaysia and the surrounding countries and has been used in a variety of ways by its indigenous people. Not only does it act as an accelerant and wake the brain up, but it has also been used as a natural pain reliever for some time. Because it is non addictive people tend to use this product as a way to either wean off of Caffeine, or replace it.

Kratom comes in a variety of different forms but the most common is in a bulk powder you can buy online or locally. All you need to do is search up Kratom near me to find it locally or you can buy it at that website. If you’re looking to try Kratom, I would recommend getting the Maeng Da Kratom. This is the purest form of the herb and will help your body to perform to the best of its ability in the quickest and for the longest way.

Sleeping pills.

If you’re wanting to feel rested the next day, you’re going to need to get some sleep on the flight. You’ll want to regulate which sleeping pills you take at what time. I’ve found that melatonin helps for shorter flights. If you feel the need to take anything with a higher dosage or kick than that, you’ll want to make sure that you have enough time on the flight. Anything less than an 8-10 hour flight shouldn’t consist of anything too serious though. It usually works best if you take the pill right when you sit down. This will give you a short waiting period for it to kick in while the plane is waiting to taxi and take off. Hopefully you should start to feel it’s effects about right when you reach peak altitude.

Stay active.

If at all possible, find 15-30 minutes to exercise when you arrive. Because you’ve been sitting for so long your blood has been pooling. If you can get it to start pumping a little quicker, you’ll get more oxygen to your brain and feel more lively. This together with your Kratom supplement should be more than enough to keep you going for the next couple of hours. And obviously, don’t fall asleep until the sun goes down.
